Gavin D‘Costa,
Chairman and Managing Director
Gavin D’Costa became Chairman and Managing Director in July 2011. From January 2007 until June 2011, he served as Head of Engineering and Design at Patvin. From April 2000 until December 2006, he was Manager in the Projects Division. From March 2000 to April 1995, he was Engineer Sales. He joined the company in 1995. He has been at the helm of affairs at Patvin for the last 29Years.
Vinita D’Costa,
Finance Director
As the Finance Director, Mrs. Vinita D’Costa is responsible for Business control, Financial management and the Profitability of the company. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAI. Her expert financial acumen has helped the company achieve its financial objectives while managing a positive cash flow and providing fuel for the growth by funding new product development initiatives at Patvin.
Mangesh Pawar,
President
Mr Mangesh Pawar, President of Patvin Engineering Pvt Ltd, is a highly experienced veteran of the Fluid Handling Industry with a primary focus on innovation, operational excellence, sustainable options in technology, workforce development & training and predictive lean manufacturing implementation. With a rich experience of more than 27 years and proven track record in the fields of engineering and manufacturing, Mr Pawar leads and directs the team at Patvin that includes Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations. He has been instrumental in taking the company’s vision forward in every role he has served. His incessant commitment towards Quality, Productivity and Delivery excellence is demonstrated in Patvin’s High Quality and efficient solutions. Mr Mangesh Pawar graduated from the University of Pune with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
