Pigless system is the process of charging color on a feeding system using compressed air and solvent .It performs push back of paint ,clean the system and utilizes a single feeding system for multiple colors. The system uses high frequency compressed air pulses to push back paint from dropper and line, back to the supply container. Also performs controlled freely settable air and solvent chop cycle for cleaning of system components and feeding line.
With short paint changing times and recovery of material, pig systems can prove highly economical in a painting facility. Our solutions have helped our customers recover significant amounts of the usable product, over 95%, lower consumption of flushing solvent, and reduced paint requirement for batch/trial color. Whatever be your requirements, Patvin can design a solution that meets your precise needs. Patvin’s systems can be easily integrated to your existing system. Easy to operate, our system’s offer unlimited trial color options without addition of CCV’s in the robot.
