Job Summary 

The position is an entry to middle level one in the organization. 

It is required for both Mechanical and Electrical Installations and applications are invited from  Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Instrumentation engineers with similar back ground. There would be extensive travelling involved to project sites and long duration stay on sites may be  required. 

The project sites are across India and even out of India. 

We provide turnkey solutions and projects for Fluid handling, Painting systems and other systems in  the Automotive and their suppliers companies.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• To attend kick off meeting (internal and external ) along with Sales, Design and Customers  team members 
• To liaison for design approval with customer and attend design review meetings • To create a Project schedule and discuss the mile stone dates with customer • To indent material required for the project as per BOM received from Design • To follow up with Purchase team for material On time delivery 
• To co ordinate for material dispatch and delivery on site 
• To arrange manpower from sub-contractors for on site installation 
• To visit site for supervision of Fabrication and installation 
• To coordinate with customer for invoice payments 
• To monitor progress of project and measure Planned Vs actual at all times using software’s like MS Projects 
• To make Catch up plan in case schedule is lagging behind by mobilizing more resources. • Supervise the testing of systems. 
• Supervise the commissioning of systems. 

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 

• BE / B Tech Mechanical, BE / B Tech Electrical, BE / B Tech Instrumentation. Diploma in  Engineering with additional experience may be considered. 
• 3 – 8 years’ experience in Project executing, Project coordination, Site supervision for  installation – Boilers, HVAC, Water treatment, Reactors, Pipelines, Mechanical Process  Equipment’s, Electrical Control panel installations, Instrumentation installation and calibration, • English written and spoken will be MUST for these positions. 
• MS Office MUST for these positions
