Purpose of Job:

Drawing preparation for Electrical circuits including Instrumentation & Pneumatics.
GA & Internal GA drawings preparation.
Cable Tray Routing Drawings with cable scheduling.
Project Manuals preparations.
Drawing of control cabinets with knowledge of component selection.
Software knowledge proficiency:
Eplan ver.8
AutoCAD 2D or 3D
MS excels, office & PowerPoint.

KRA’s:

To develop an overall project plan and construction schedule
To monitor project progress and adherence to contract specifications and quality standards.
To ensure and monitor statutory compliance.
To manage the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances, issues, etc.
To build and maintain good working relationships with contractors, government agencies, vendors, and consultants. Will be solely and fully responsible for correct certification of bills and quantities.
To ensure smooth project closure activities
To demobilize project resources and equipment on completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Designs and develops layouts for electrical circuits or systems. Knowledge of PLC’s, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi.
Selections of components like level sensors, pressure sensors, temp. Sensors etc.
Preparation of RFQ for panel building, Field electrical components, Cables, cable tray & accessories.
Preparation of i/o list, AFD (Analysis & functional description), Flow chart, SOP.
Preparation of as built drawing as per site installation.
Reading and understanding design specifications and technical drawings.
Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
Developing test rigs, models, and prototype control systems.
Supervising and assisting the wiring of control panels and machinery on shop or supplier.
Preparing product documentation, Schematics, Test certificates, reports.
Solution conceptualization, preparation of drawings and BOM.
Has Engineering Knowledge: Detailed electrical drawings such as Power. Calculation, Cable Calculation and Tray System, BOM, Power distribution, follow up with cabinet supplier including FAT.
Able to select PLC Hardware, Profibus, Profinet, TCP/IP etc.

Required Knowledge:

Diploma/BE in Electrical /Electronics/ Industrial Automation with 2 years of experience.
Strong Experience in control panel design, PLC panel & VFD panel,
Experience in electrical machine sizing (motors, transformers, UPS, DG etc.), cable sizing, Junction box, hook-up diagram etc.
Good Communication skills, able to work in team, takes ownership, has very high drive to win & eager to learn.
Willing to travel on Sites.
Knowledge of EPLAN P8 & AutoCAD Software.
Knowledge of MS Office
