• Preparation of i/o list, AFD (Analysis & functional description), Flow chart, SOP etc • Work on schematics and selection of Hardware and components for Estimation team • Preparation of control scheme as per scope & requirement. 
• Discuss Automation and PLC requirements with vendors and OEM’s 
• Take quotations from Vendors for PLC and Automation and support proposals team • Check quotations for technical accuracy. 
• Participate in Discussions with customers and Internal team involved in the project execution  after order receipt. 
• Preparation of electrical drawing (E-plan /CAD/SEE Electrical) & component selection. • Preparation of equipment list. Cable schedule & cable tray layout. 
• DAP meeting with client. (Involve approval on Electrical Drawing, field & panel components  & its make) 
• Preparation of RFQ for panel building, Field electrical components, Cables, cable tray &  accessories. 
• Factory Acceptance Test at vendor location 
• Panel testing, Components checking before dispatch. 
• Commissioning of system at site. 
• Operation and Maintenance Manual preparation for project. 
• Training to client. 

Essential: 

3 – 10 Years of experience in PLC Automation, Hardware selection and design, Installation and  commissioning of Controls Automation, Factory automation, 

Experience in Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi PLC hardware 

Software development for PLC

BE/ B.tech/Diploma In Electrical Engineering.
