- Principal Activities: • Timely follow up with internal departments (Design, Purchase, Automation, Stores, Account, Logistics, dispatch, etc.) • Maintaining project communication and documentation • Assisting project engineer in calculating & revalidating BOM entry in ERP. • Preparing Project Schedule in Microsoft Project • Timely material tracking and follow up • Coordinating for assembly and dispatches • Understanding different project management areas, not limited to, design approval, material management, site management, project closure, etc. • Assisting project engineer from project initiation (kick-off) to project closure /handover Position Requirements:

- Required Skill Sets: • Understanding project management fundamentals • Software skills- Microsoft Project, ERP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) • Willing to travel as and when required • Quick learner, flexible for working in any environment and under pressure • Should have problem identification skills
